cheek teck : i got my shock for S$50 I think it is the same as S750WP's.
bandit 400 & 600 shock cannot be serviced, so i change to one that
can be serviced.

the seller also give me the scan copy of the shock suspension.

Wait till gary's shock arrive then we measure together la.I osonit to measure mine. Will remind gary to sms u when we DIy the shocks..

I couldn't see the instruction, its too blur. I'll try to contact the buyer who bought my gsxr for the manual, it the oringal copy from Suzuki.

Hi all,

I got a friend who just got a Bandit. He rarely log into SBF n he is currently in Malaysia with the Bandit. He faced some problems so nit to ask the sifu sifu inside here for advice...

Radiator leak, then after top up coolant, the two red lights still light up. After turn on bike, clutch in only the lights turn on. But the bike still can run around. In fact with tht leak raditor it reach KL...

So wht r the possible faulty? Pls advice so i can reflect back to him....

The 2 red light, one of it is oil pressure and the other is over temp.

Oil pressure

Check the oil level from the engine side view port to see if its too low, check the oil pressure switch is functional and if all is well check the oil pressure in the engine. If there is insufficient oil presssure, the engine parts may not get well lubricated and it can cause engine to fail prematurely.

Over temp

*********

Repair and check for other leaks in the cooling system. Check the overtemp switch is functional, replace if necessary.

Refer to the service manual for all the functionality check.

TOp up coolant. Right after tht start bike, wana move off, clutch in only red light come otu..but bike didnt die leh..
