anyway, I meet up with rocketmanz as we didnt noe it was cancelled. in the end,went in jb look for roger n pump petrol. Joekia cant make it cos passport expired, long time no c him liao.

 

i wont be dropping by kfc cos working. But will go in jb to pump petrol after 11pm?..remember this?...this is the reason lah.

Hi guys,

 

Due to last minute appointments , the outing was cancelled.

So Aj decided to move it till next week at the same day, same place and

same time. (but any suggestions from you guys is very much welcome)

I'm sure one week is enough for us to prepare for

this outing.

 

So guys, here is the list again. Pls sign up.

Bring your passport along....We might have a ride to jb and back from 2nd link...

Yo silver,i thought of ordering bagster tank-bra..the problem,they don't have for B4...only B6...if i buy oready,can't fit,would you like to buy from me?

It's the full 1...that can put the bagster tank bag....

 

full one may not fit cos B4 & B6 have different tank shape.

most prob big for B4 tank.

 

i dont know, i didnt get a tank bra in the 1st place becos i dont like what i cant see below, sekali the tank discolour leh. if not i would had gone for the half version.

guys, anyone changed an engine gasket before? mine's along the top left hand corner, the ones near the front row of spark plugs and valves. itz leaking badly and i think itz the source of all the whistling noise

half bra only a bit of cloth wrapping 1 portion of the tank, full bra cover whole tank

 

anyway its your choice, most prob I will not be getting the full tank bra from you if it doesnt suit you. i ma huan every now & then have to check below.

Juz got back frm Thailand...juz read the postings...luckily i did not miss any outing~~ i got quite a few sms frm AJ...sorrie couldn't reply....

and Rocketman...the gasket cost $38....a big rubber band i call it.....so ex man!!but it shld be it casuing the whistling sound....i got tt b4....

hope can meet up, so can solve all enquires....

BTW i haf this prob with m bandit leh. When i let it idle there is this sound like i rev up the throttle a little. Weird enough even after i remove my hands from the throttle the rev up sound still there leh..anyone has this encounter ar? pray hard nothing to do with piston ler....;p

 

but the sound is not very "rev" up kind just a little. hope u guys understand my poor England...

I check the idling liow leh. maybe later i go touch touch the throttle cable see any difference or not. Thanks everyone for the advice.Keep it coming ya. Still hoping its not the pistons or something ;(

 

BTW i cannot go for the meeting for some resons ler. Maybe next time i get to meet up u guys i bring out the seat la. its the original one i think.Dunno leh previous owner pass it to me n taking up space in my cupboard only.
