I got the 'Raptor' headlight fairing from a Super rider, he change to a RXZ one. I casually test the Raptor head light already not very bright because the light is dispersed all around instead of focusing to one point.

The Raptor headlight fairing is smaller then the RXZ with dual headlight. Can be bought at lab for $25 bucks, red available.

I got mine from a Super four rider, but the lamp holder has melted, spend $7 for the holder, $4 for a new bulb, $4 to repray red. Total spent $35, feel like a 'carrot ' now.

The hardest thing I find to install the Raptor fairing is hiding the bunch of wires and preventing water to get in. After fix must use a smaller signal light.

kekekeke...I like the looks of it because it resemble the Kawa Z1000. But I'm keeping the original headlight just in case inspection cannot pass.

I already installed the Raptor headlight fairing last nite, love the new look of it. :lovestruck:

But the hiding of the wiring is the headache part because a very big bunch of wires very difficult to hide inside the small liitle headlight fairing. I'm planning to send to shop to trim the wire shorter, remove the connector and solder the wire after inspection pass. Firstly the size of the bunch of wire will be smaller and easier to hide, lastly wont scare of rain water going into the connector.

I will also get some mini blinker to complement the look, remove the ugly plate number on the front fender and use a sticker to paste on windscreen.

The RXZ fairing will be a better choice, because its bigger and the wiring can be easily hid under the headlight fairing. somemore it comes with the side blinker attach to the faring. :thumb:

The Bandit VV model is the newer version of bandit, VV means variable valve. The VV model looks sleeker than the older model, somemore it has double front rotor. Maintenance wise I prefer the older bandit because checking valve clearance on the VV model is very tedious.
