My exhaust also stock ... and I am loving every moment with it. : )

I think the flapper mod doesn't do any justice to the bike though.. I did the mod... and felt that my pick up is so much weaker ( Lau hong like that ) Fixed it back liao for now... Maybe do flapper mod and add a PC5 can solve the Lau Hong issue?

You did the flapper mod on the exhaust or air intake?

Any recommendation on chain and sprockets? And anyone did 520 conversion?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

i switched to 520 size chain ard 2 months before i push in the bike...tried my best to abuse as much as i could...

very light n good pickup but wear out faster than 530...530 is heavy duty thus lastin...

i used ISA sprockets wit DID chain...rear 42t front stock. 05model.

You SMS me?

The dyno is $200, installation is $30.

Got to get the o2 eliminator for $40.

Can ask them to remove the air intake flapper too. :)

The "butterfly valve" ? Mine is taken out when I bought the bike. No pick up but the mid punch not bad , maybe like you say need to put pc5 and dyno then good :)

I read that Afam sprockets can last as long as the oem. Wonder how true.

So total is around $670 if we buy the PC5 from Internet. HKL PC5 package is around $800 bucks..

Where you bought your PC5 from and how much?

Maybe I buy the PC5 then go Norman there dyno.

I got it from solomotoparts.com for around s$430 shipped.

Important! Read Me

On another note, anyone here has an inaccurate fuel usage meter that is way off? Mine is about 1.5L off. At an indicated reading of 12L used, I actually have to pump 13.5L of petrol. I spoke to BS and they wanted to know if there are any other affected bikes.

Yup.. U got to give me a few days to monitor now. Will update you.

Mine is RRA. Guys, please monitor your fuel meters so Tashi can compile a list fast.

Looks like it is affecting RRAs for sure, maybe RRBs as well. I don't think RR8s and RR9s are affected.

Also the mileage indicator is also off. For my 954, RR4, RR6 and RR8, from GP Esso to SG customs checkpoint, my mileage used to indicate 6.8km, now it is just 6.6km.

If mileage is off, most likely speedo is off as well.

I know getting speedohealer will fix the speedo issue. That will give us a more accurate odometer too right?
