u must go shops n compare urself, each of us got their mechanics/shops to go to. find ur own shop for servicing

the answers are around in SBF... look around and you will find good & "good" motortiams that sells and/or service bikes.

go to the specific forums of bike you are interested in (e.g. phantom, super 4, scooters, etc) and read on from there... some shops are "better" in some types of bikes and simple things like change eo/spark plug can do almost anywhere or even DIY

in the first place, u must have an idea what (or at least what type) and how much u r willing to pay for the bike... 2nd hand bikes $10k also got. otherwise its like looking for a leaf in the jungle, so many around but which one?

coe confirm can meet 2012 or even longer, but lower the price, the more u need to pay for the damages u know wat i mean

If you're intending to go for higher classes of bikes after a year or two, a second hand bike is definately not worth doing up... Just concentrate on the maintaining of the engine...
