I always have insomnia problem, have tried taking "Decolgen" (for cold & flu) and lately sometimes taking "Xanax".

I am avoiding Xanax because it may cause addiction and some side effect.

Anybody have any better idea to help me sleep easier.

My company recently passed us all a survey form to fill out, regarding health/interest/stress etc.

I think i'm the only person in the company who rated my stress level as minimal, all of them like so stressed, poor things.

Which co. u work for? At least they bother to find out whether u are stressed. Mine couldnt care less if we were stressed... they seem to enjoy overloading us instead! But I will just chuck everything aside once 5.30pm comes. :cheeky:

I can't sleep because I have too much on my mind too,

always try to think of pleasant things but negative thoughts always overwhelm me :weep:

That's why I resort to medicine to get myself drowsy

Begins to fade from view

Drowning past regrets

In tea and cigarettes

But I can't seem to forget

When you came along

Hmmm... i once read it from a magazine. It says that if you want to sleep better, try doing some excerise before you sleep. Of course not those hardcore ones, but those relax kinds of excerise. Well there is a theory behind this but end of story is it helps.

Well, I read in one magazine that exercising in the MORNING will help you sleep better at night. However, if you exercise in the evening, it might be more difficult for you to fall asleep at night...

Hope this helps... I exercise in the morning before going to work and it helps me tremendously!! :thumb:

I have just discovered that getting a new job, studying part time and trying to maintain a regular exercise regime is something that seems a lot harder after you cross 30 years of age.

If I can give any advices, I'll say try to build all of your foundations (education and/or skill sets) while you are still young; in your 20s to early 30s. 'Cos it is easy to feel obsolete to see the younger and more vibrant colleagues out pace, out perform and out do you in every field, and on a constant basis.

It is definitely easier to achieve more when you are young. You have less commitment, less worries (no wife and kids to worry about) and definitely, more energy! :thumb:

Oh well, at least you are trying bro!

Hmm... it says that by doing some light excerise at night will activate some sleep cells in your body or whatever, something like that. Anyway i do tried before, after doing some excerise you will kinda feel tired. And after a cooling bath you will feel like wanting to sleep already.

I buys too much cosmetics. And they are so cheap to buy in USA.

But my luggage is getting too full!

And I want to buy a pair of nike sports shoe. But when I tried out the sizes at the stores....they all tell me I got different size feet.

So how????? I need to buy one pair of nike dance shoes online and I worry the sizes might be wrong?
