I am the new owner of a very fine Zephyr 750.

Sweet engine smooth ride worth the buy.

Only i need to work on the seats or it needs geeting use too.

The zephyr is sitting in a corner at my carpark now, done nothing to the bike, I really need some serious motivation to kick off the project

For my cb750, i bought all the parts from oversea..

He source some of this Z1000 from oveasea and some on local.

He source some of this Z1000 from oveasea and some on local.

 

No wonder. I also found a Z1000 but its CDI is out. Engine is leaky as well. Thought it's a nice bike but I did not know where to get the parts. Evershine wanted to charge me 900 just for its CDI. Hai... no choice but to forget the bike.

for old kawasaki parts, just call z-power in australia or the uk, nice people with very prompt service.

if anyone looking for a pair of z900 side badges i have a pair.....wrong purchase when i was undergoing an old project.

the bike is sweetttttt.need to be done though.2nd day downer...battery when flat!mileage only 2k since 12/07!it didnt move much.took the batt out and found out the air filter was in bad stateof decay.i made my way to ah boy to buy the batt and hoping for a filter but only batt was avail..

i am considering goin to KAWA agent on monday.also considering of going for K&N,wonder who is the agent?may be dyno jet kit too....lol.

 

Made friend with a rider today @ the carpark.he passed me by and was shock to see a ZEPHYR and made a u-turn....share stories.lol.this bike is a head turner it seems.

Still miss my DUCATI though...well thats another story.coincidently the Monster is is 16 years with 150k on it.

Jus found out from a friend's FZ1,Zephyrs share the same clutch and brake master cylinder are similar!
