oh Ic Ic I remember you mention that fuel got over in your bike without turning to reserve, so the fuel lever really faulty is it? Did you try to operate the old fuel lever after taking out from the bike? What was exactly wrong?

i didnt replace the part so didn't take it out, but if u need to replace then u gotta drain the fuel from the tank... since the change was not really a necessary i didnt do it...

The seat I custom made at 219.. Decals are my own.. Lol

Just buy from many2 different sticker shops in sg and jb and paste..

Anyway, now that I moved far away from my previous place, I'm really not worried about someone starting my bike with my own key.

 

1. I do need another key for when i start going to MY again.

2. Is it possible to duplicate the key I have ?

3. Do I need to go get a master at UM for that ?

4. How much will it cost ?

5. Can I make 2 copies (so total of 3 keys with the one I currently use - hey, I told you, I loose stuff all the time !)

Does ur key have a transponder inside to onli unlock ur bike? Bikes like s4 spec3 and newer bikes have this system. If not..u can juz go to any locksmith..shudnt cost more than $5 each. But e locksmith beside lab e best..everytin also have

you can just go to any key maker to dupicate it

if you go UM they only sell the un cut keys

so you need to go find the key maker to duplicate also

U can drop by any locksmith to duplicate your keys.

Pulsar ignition do not have HISS or whatever security.

If u like that original design of the key, u can get the blank keys from UM @ $X (i cant rmb.)

Else, any other shop that has the same key width and slot pattern will duplicate for u.

that day when I visit ah boy.. they told me no stock yet .. so I went to regina to have a look .. they showed me but it looks different from the webbie .... it's plain with no sun visor!! ...

is that the one that you all intend to get? ... oh they showed me the grey one and if yes that's the one ... they qouted me $180 !!! .... just fyi .. lol

hmmm but I did not buy it cos i'm still looking for other helmet with sun visor to replace my open face one .... hehehehe

I already have 2 versions of the same helmet model and it fits me really well, I'm comfortable riding with it, and most importantly it fits my bike's colors So for now, I'm good on the helmet side ! [Edit: just checked it out, pretty slick designs ! Especially the phoenix ones....*must resist* *must resist*]

And yeah like Alvin said our Pulsar keys don't have a transponder in them - what are you, an ex Ducati rider or something ?

yes, we're looking at the non sun visor version. cos it's already snell n psb approved. r u sure u saw the correct one? cos like got an older version which is not we r looking 4, the one we want is same as the web i posted, xcept no visor.

 

the sun visor version i heard is not snell approved, but dot only. but duno who tell me also snell. also it might not be psb cos of the clip. so if u're ok with the added weight n non-psb n prob non-snell, then it's a good choice. however ah boy n regina does not have stock on this.

yes, just go to any key cutting shop, if they have the base key, they can cut for u.

btw, dont worry too much if u lost ur key, unless u carve ur plate num there all bike/car key r almost alike, that day i also saw a car/bike key at my place, which i dont even know which car/bike it belongs. nobody is that free to try all the bikes, it's way easier to pick or jack ur lock.
