Your's is P180 right? 100 speed at 8K RPM is right for P180. Also Sinnob for P180 is 15/40. What is your rear tyre size that also plays a part in the deciding the speed at a particular RPM.

rear size tire 90/110

cos below reserve there's a chance of forcing air into the carburator. besides if there's water, it stays on the bottom, u wont want to use that either.

we're going eco friendly.more water less combustion = less CO2= no green house effect= less mother nature disaster. heeeeeeeee

Yep..juz changed recently..wanted to noe wads e hype abt tis chex..reali cheap n good..feels smoother while ridin..mebbe its juz psychological.

Ppl have tis perception dat bigbikes maintenance is jialat. Cosmetic wise..dey r expensive. But for e usual engine oil n spark plug etc is roughly e same as a s4. I tink a barrel of EO can last me a few yrs..heehe

110/90 R17 is actually upsize from the stock 100/90 R17 so in theory your RPM should have been 8k@110 kmph with 15/40 sprocket ratio

Check out this site:

http://www.gearingcommander.com/

You can select Bajaj Pulsar 180 and enter the figures for tire size and sprocket and see the RPM/speed.

In my case my rear tyre is 100/80 R17 and sprockets is 15/38 and my speed at 8k RPM is correctly 110 kms/hr as shown in the website.

Muc-Off have a wide range of cleaning product, with an emphasis on degreaser and chain cleaner. I saw that Motoworld is importing them (I believe the brand is UK made) - but I don;t know if I want to put lots of $$$ in something meant to end up in the sewers :cheeky: I like my cheaper Mustapha product better.

I forgot to check the prices of the chain cleaner and the degreaser from Muc-Off.

Rather than u buy tis mucoff stuff..might as well u fix ezzyoiler or diy oiler..cheaper n more cost effective ..i spent $40 on e ezzyoiler..last time i use chainlube cost $20+ n e lube is sticky..inevitably cause my chain to be dirtier. Oiler juz use cheap 2t n lubricates while u r ridin..it may splatter abit here n der but at least it easier to cleans e rims than e chain. Nt tryin to promote ezzyoiler bt if diy oiler also will have benefits

DIY oiler is really cheap. Go aquarium shop can settle everything.

Only thing is it doesn't look so nice.

I tink alvin n duno who else r professional diy oiler mechanics..can make a nicer job..or can copy mine since i use ezzyoiler

Bro dejaxx..i need ur help. U noe dat iphone mount thing. Hw to detach it uh..i cant figure out which way to detach it..pls advise

bro, u still got a pic of ur mount? need to see whether its the same as mine.. for my phone casing, it has 3 holes and the mount has 3 pole kinda thing.. when u fix the casing to the mount u need to align the hole to the pole and then slide it a bit to make it stay put.. so when i wana remove it slide it a lil bit n it then the casing just removes easily.. (a lil tough to explain by words..) will see whether i can post a pic tmrw...

@oren i was riding sp before the pulsar. And yes I'm a p plater. For my sp I used to cruise around 140. That's why I feel a bit under powered. I'm not a racer btw, i usually travel at very late timings like now. That's why ride harder cause no cars.
