Ok on my side, I'll contact someone I hope can help us with the logo design, I've seen his work, its pretty neat. I'll keep you guys posted.

 

I will give the following as our wish list, let me know if you think it's good or missing something :

 

- Good to have some sort of reference to Singapore: either by the colors (red/white) or with a flag or stars - Not mandatory (we can add a flag on the sleeve of the shirt and solve this)

- Avoid the merlion

- Ideally will have the word Pulsarian (singular, no plural, is that correct?) and the words Singapore Bajaj Team. If must choose between the two, then Pulsarian and the longer group name to be in smaller font

- Logo must be carrying not more than 2-3 colors to enable easy reproduction on clothes, stickers, etc.

- We don't have a mascotte per say, but we are willing to consider: Dragon or Wolf (if you want something else let me know)

- Usually the Pulsar head is used as a symbol, but it's not mandatory

- A design with clues linking to the road and the motorcycling world can be used, but not mandatory

 

 

Please let me have your feedback on the above !

Wana replace my 250 monoshock with my new 650 monoshock dat just arrive yesterday as well as change my rear tyre to bt39 140/70 n do balancing. Going there around 5pm after werk. Hopefully I dun have last min ot.

Agreed on the fact that we need to take a step here. So I've sent an email to the designer to request if he's keen on this project. I've given him the link to this thread, and also set up a couple of galleries on my Flickr account with photos of other clubs logos and Pulsar photos so he can have a idea of what this is for.

 

I don't think we'll be able to get too many samples or rework - usually you have to be very precise and as detailed as possible when you request a design, and then once the designer shows you what they've done you can suggest minor changes. But not too much, if you've been detailed enough, he/she should be able to come up with something close enough.

 

Anyway, I've sent our requirement and inquired if this can be done. I'll keep you posted !

Sorry to hear about this.. Was the bike on side stand ? I tend to leave it on main stand when overnight or for more than a short stop. It is usually more stable and if they bang it, it moves but doesn't fall.
