what is the biggest tank that we can fix on pulsar?

17L + 2L of usable reserve (up to 20L if u squeeze bit by bit) for ver 2 Pulsar without engine kill switch. But dunno whether that tank can fit on newer versions of Pulsar.

Squeeze the pump trigger lah, not the petrol. Liquid has definite volume mah so can't be squeezed

there's no tank bra for pulsar.. only G-string tank cover only... hah!

 

one of our bruder here did buy S4 tank bra and modify a little bit.

if you 'gum' with the mechanic maybe they can do for you.. but most likely not unless they super free.. maybe ideal person to approach is shop that do seat cover. or maybe the auntir shop beside ah boy.

juz got back from UM. Saw the 200CC pulsar.

IMHO, i think the tank is same as UG3 only the design is sprayed differently.

Footrest diff.

pipe i think la only the outside they added an additional stainless steel cover.

the welding is as usually same as UG3.

The tires r bigger. oil cooled.

block should be the same as ug3.

head fairing oso looks the same leh.

 

so only w/o kick-starter n seat split into 2 pc... better power than 180?

I spoke to chris he said SO FAR sold >50 pcs of 200cc but we have yet to see any on the rd... Anyone seen anyone riding 200cc already??? or they only appear at nite due to running in??? hahahaha

Collected my Pulsar 200 on Thursday. Rode 101km from 3pm during daytime.

i was thinking of this before actually.. tot of go to scrapyard and check out on other bike's tank.. but after sometimes, i think i don't need bigger capacity.. 18litres is good enough... if can get 25litres tank 'lagi bagus'!!

 

anyway if i'm not wrong the first version of pulsar holds 20litre tank

yupz 1.5bhp more than 180 but we have yet to see 200cc full power cos they r still running in... i'll be interested to see if any stock or mod 200cc can hit 130kmph.

 

anyway maybe modding some stuff over in june maybe able to hit 150kmph max. hahhahahahahahaha

Next 1000km, do not exceed 75km/h

its good to be kiasu sometimes.. just for this few thousand mileage stick to thier recommendation.. hard running might shorten the life spent of your engine. i was riding at 65km.h for my first two servicing. so far after 2 years my bike dun give any problem.
