WITHOUT OF COURSE!!!!! after dirty or kenna rain few times then only put on tank bra, till the next time u wanna wash it. gahahaha.

 

Mobilenerd n MJ : duno why my rear brake got sound. since i change sinnobs n rubber damper it has always been there. i tried jet spray to get it clean before, but doesnt work. as long as it works properly it isnt too much for an issue to me. Maybe next meeting i will let u guys take a look!

Last time nbk had elbow sprain problems.. Don't know why also just happened. End up see chinese, angmoh, all kinds of doc, try acupuncture and traditional meds also no use.. In the end LL last measure must do a jab called cortisone.. So far so good since then.

Review on my new tank bag 7 Gear & present Rjays

 

Structure : RJays looks more firm while 7 gear ok ok

 

Rjays Magnets : 5 smalls on each sice + 1 under for top tank (more stable on tank)

7 Gear Magnets : 3 big on each side but no for top tank ( side very strong but weak on top tank)

 

Main compartment: once expand .. Rjays 1 full face helmet fully covered same with 7Gearfully covered.

 

Storage : Rjays 1 pocket compartment only , while 7 Gear have 4 storage compartments.

 

Handle : 7 gear more firm.

LOL .. not becos of changing sprocs or damper lah .. our stock brakes are well known of the noise ... even after you blow or sand paper the shoes .. the sound will be there ... noise from brakes have been discussed on this thread even before i join the group .. reason we searched around and found the ASK original from japan and SBS front pad as optional !! ..

for temporary usage you can diy using cooker hood filter ... can get at any neighbourhood shop selling kitchen n households products ... cut into the correct shape and secure with the stock frame n wire mesh .. make sure to soak it with eo and rinse well the excess .. the oil traces needed to filter any dirt passing through ..

anyway for short distance on spore road should be no problem lah riding with no filter until you get one at UM ... only that your bike sound will be slightly loud but not that loud lah since the airbox is still attached .. kaakkkakaka

 

So I have created my own DIY air filter I put 3 layers of that cooker hood filter and put it in the stock filter frame along with the mesh.

Went for round, initially felt a bit sluggish, may be thats psychological or may be because engine cold or may be the material is new. But after sometime felt normal and no difference in sound.
