at 8rpm my engine sure die, it always happen in the morning. falexo, how did u achieve 100km? throw ur bike off a 50 floor building?

i tot those can just diy, like those m'sian bike some like use stencil and paint the numbers. btw, i think those stickers r illegal, do at ur own risk.

 

edit: u can go bukit panjang, along woodlands road, there got few car shop which i saw them hang out lic plate, can go there ask.

to alvin --> tink thr is a PMO on IU stickers.. if not, can go juzzwheelz or aunty shop.. u can ask someone (i forgot who), one of us, who got some stickers for his IU unit.. check it out yo!

if u mean the eo top blok leak, i asked um b4, seems exist in all model of pulsar. its like a manufacture defect, even for ug1.

I noticed that my bike is also leaking engine oil. But it is very slow, i.e. I dont see the oil dripping on the floor, but the whole engine and the self-starter cylindrical thing is wet with oil and today I saw 1 or 2 drops dripping on the exhaust pipe. Since the whole engine is wet, I am assuming that the leak is from somewhere from the top. I am planning to take it to UM tomorrow.

 

Since you mentioned this is a common problem, will UM be able to fix it easily? How much do you think it is going to cost?

sounds like from the blok also but urs more seious. what they do is strip out the whole blok and reapply the glue again, takes about 1hr, cost 35-40+, cant recall how much, someone earlier did it also.

 

as tomor is weekend, i suggest u go early n avoid the q.

i think Gaban and Fabiano or MJ knows where is the Nasi Lemak yeah? Gaban and Fabiano brought me to the bike shop in JB once last month. i feel like going again. the things there damn cheap and stickers oso very cheap. open only friday late night 12am till morning 6am. but again as u said we need them to guide........

 

FINE FINE... i can travel 100km/hr at 8K RPM can? lol all suaning my english now ah???? HAHAHA... around there la. 8-8.5K RPM my RPM needle is out of place already so i can only estimate. my engine off RPM needle is at 1.2k liketat. hahaha. the magnet inside moved out of place i guess.. so when i travel i have to minus 1.2k RPM to know my actual RPM.......

 

arthur u nv ride at 100km/hr before?? i seldom lah but sometimes when the CTE or PIE is clear and i am a long way from home.... i just cannot resist the temptation.. haha. ride at 100km/hr for a while.. but after that few miutes i will feel guilty for my wife and then reduce speed back to around 80km/h... ha

ic, cos i can cruise around 110-113km/h at rpm 8. however, can only maintain 105-109km/h.

bro, I was also tempted to get 2A when the window opened.. but decided to be on the thrifty side and continue 2B with Pulsar so far going 2 years and still happy with my bike. no major repairs as yet. of cos the sound of higher rpm will excite me but I will always think back on how much $$ pulsar is saving for me.. will continue with Pulsar until it dies on me

i did my stick number plate which i stick it at my windshield there..

as many time going to causeway and condos, ppl have to bend down to look at my number plate.. kind of not good..

 

did my at justwheel for abt $5 when i was serving my bike at um..

 

should not be a problem for inspection.
