today in straits times there is an article of a singaporen man being sent to jail in m'sia for bribing a traffic police(he was caught for speeding,he tried to bribe the officer RM100)

be mindful of when the m'sia police ask for money, after you give them they can bring u back and say u tried to bribe them which is even worst

I read somewhere in mycarforum I think, that if the Malaysian police give summon then take the summon and dont pay. Nothing will happen. Just take the summon and throw it. Malaysia is not very hi-tech like Singapore that they will maintain some database and all that.
