happened before you msg me at Temasek Poly or after ?.. lol

 

yeah it's raining the opposite timing ... morning while otw to Temask Poly, jurong area slightly haze not raining but along PIE reaching Tampines , heavy downpour .. then rain stop till in the afternoon weather clear, but when travelling home along PIE reaching jurong east ... heavy downpour again !! .. reach home see my bike .. wah super duper 'clean' ..

 

hehe .. then nothing to do ard 1130pm .. i grapped my portable pumper, spray n shine, rag and fiber cloth and head to mscp to have my simple bike clean for tmr ride !!! ... hehehehe

 

after that just for fun, take video on the diy oiler while warming up the engine using camera phone with no lights heheheh

It after I sms u. N even better today my rear tyre kena nail while riding. RealiZe after I reach changi vi,lage. Tat oso someone passer by prompt me my tyre punture while I was parking. Wah! Whole month of bad incident after getting my first bike.

I think we could add the Bajaj & Pulsar logo, and maybe advertise our next DIY session ?

 

will add the bajaj logo but don't think will add the pulsar logo

but not sure if i add the bajaj logo will infringe copyright?

cause our grp is called Singapore Bajaj Team and not Singapore Pulsar Team

although most of us here are riding pulsars

want to invite the other riders of bajaj bike model in also

don't think will advertise the diy session as this leaflet is meant to be everyone can just print and keep a few copies in with them and if they see a bajaj bike they can just put there

if with the diy session then have to keep changing the wordings

Hazard Lights DIY Session

anyway below is the things that need to get for each

arthur, UG2 need to follow your set up for the hazard lights right?

 

 

 

Hazard Light

 

1)fircyber

2)Brandon

3)harumonia

4)husher

5)NoFishes

6)arthur

 

 

Things needed:

1) small switch with 4 pins(pic show 2 pins one,get the 4 pins one, get from sim lim tower)

2) electrical wire (best is those silver wire inside the insulation, if don't have normal red & black wires will do)

3) cable tie

4) ziplock bag(optional, to waterproof your signal relay under your seat)

5) signal relay x 1 (get from ah boy, UG2 not sure need or not

6) connectors for switch x 6 (6 is just nice, you can get more if you want)

7) black tape

8) wire cutter/splicer

9) heat strink (optional, to better water proof your connectors at your switch side or you can also use silicon to seal)

10) sissors

Chain Oiler DIY Session

below are some things need to get and some things need to consider before start to DIY

 

Date: TBC(should be same say as hazard light DIY)

Time: TBC

Place:TBC(Likely the same carpark at Ah Boy there cause near the hardware stores)

 

Chain Oiler

 

1)fircyber

2)Lanzer

3)husher

4)arthur

5)

 

Points to consider:

1) need to determine your exact location for your oiler container

2) what type of container do you want to use? (best is those already with an outlet like brake fluid reservoir or medical syringe,if syringe then need a cover for the top to prevent dust from going in and the fluid from spilling out,bottle cap should do the trick, if no outlet need to drill hole then need extra valve/connector)

3) your chain guard is open or close? (closed chain gaurd need to plan more precise how you going to route your tubing cause need to determine how long tubing need to get)

 

Things needed:

1) tubing (recommend to get the 4mm one from the valve shop near ah boy, flow rate just nice, 1m should be enough, you can get more to play safe)

2) control valve (get the metal one from the valve shop behind ah boy,$12.50)

3) container (recommend to use brake fluid reservoir,can get from ah boy small one or get a used old one

4) cable tie (need long and the super small ones

5) plier

6) sissors

7) silicon sealant

8) flexible metal bracket (optional, depend on where you want to mount your container, you have to decide before hand, some places can just use cable tie)

9) bolts/screws & nut (optional, only if you use the metal bracket then you need this)

10) metal handicraft wire/electrical black & red wire (if using the 4mm tubing the wire dia 1.5mm just nice, can get from diaso those handicraft wire)

it is the tag line for avenger

 

for pulsar all is definately male

but the logo not as nice

If anyone is afraid of pot holes and such, then, well, its up to you, whether u guys still wan to go or not. I cant guarantee the roads in MY.

How early are we leaving if leaving on Friday ? If we can leave super early in the morning to avoid customs jam and also to avoid a too jamed road, I'm ready to roll

I think the road condition is ok and not that difficult to handle as long as you keep your eyes open and know how to deal with pot holes: when to NOT swerve, when to do it safely, how to appreciate the danger of a pothole, how to predict pothole - yes you can actually predict pothole just by looking at where the road goes haha.
