was considering this handguard as well fewsday back but look at the material wondering when travel at 80-90km will it shake alot..... think acerbris handguard better thou.

I met the person already, handguard is nice I dun think it will vibrate that much, but have to mount it beside the brake and pump therefore both brake and pump must loosen and shift inwards slightly.

Anyone know how much is the P200 chain guard..I need replace it since I'll be getting the Sinnob sprocket.

If i remember correctly is $12.

Welcome...

i thought you wanted 135LS?

you pay full or installment?

i think 1080 is either 2nd party or 1st party...

hope to see you this week for the SBF anniversary...

do post you name and info on the name list for this coming weekend...

To revhappy too, yeah instalment. $5k+ full cash very siong for me, student only. xD And yeah $1080 is 2nd party. Its a must for all instalment. And also damn important when im away for NS in a few months time(dunno when enlist yet).

Anyway the expert review of the 135LS mentioned that the bike was good, however i wanted something more personal so i looked at the consumer reviews. Many said that the suspension is rather bumpy since it was using the same shock as its bigger brothers. Small bike with big shocks dont go well together i guess. Went to look at the 135LC today, yeah it looked nice, and the suspension do look huge for the bike that size compared to P180. And since the P180 is just about 1k more than the 135LS, i decided to look at the P180 instead. And the size of the P180 already tell me "thats the bike for me" :D Cause i'm also looking for a bike that i can use to 'train' me

riding a touring bike. Planned to tour around in m'sia with groups once i got the experience and when i ORD. :) And best of all, P180 dont look ugly with box. =P

Hehehe. First to poison me are tyres. IMO most important part of motor liao. Anyway hehe yeah i see it as a mini touring bike :D I plan to change tyre straight away when i buy the bike btw, but no idea what tyre to change to. Not looking at battlax cause it will wear out rather fast with its soft rubber compound. As for going m'sia, need to wait till i get my pink IC :(

Wat time will u be at UM?I 'll be there in the morning. Fixing my new sinnob sprocket plus repair my starter n change EO. Hope to see u there

sorry bro, couldn't reply.. i was thr during my lunch break.. not in the morning.. nevertheless hope to bump in to u :D

Sinnob standard size for UG3 is 15 40 while stock original size is 15 42

Cost for UG3 is $66 + $15 shipping after 50% covered by sinnob

(hmm do mind the weight for 1 set of sinnob sprocs is around 3kg and the actual shipping is more than what sinnob has offered)

The WU transfer surcharge is $12 which can be shared among the numbers of buyers... but if solo then you need to pay the full cost.

Currently lost4love is in the process of ordering ... if you are keen then the cost for surchrge can be shared to save total cost.

Oh btw .. if your UG3 using full chain guard then you need to change to P200 chain guard if you want to have sinnob on your bike.

and oh .. almost forgot .. do get the rubber dampers also to save labor cost at UM ... heavy duty dampers cost at $10 while the stock dampers cost $10.50

Cheers ... and welcome to SBT!

Hi MJ! thank alot for the quoting the price..

if i'm not wrong previous owner has already changed the stock sprocket to a smaller one.. but I'm unable to verify cuz the chain guard is on.. may be need to remove and see... I am able to hit 80-90km/h 6.5k-7.5k rpm..

i'm not sure what size to buy for the sinnob sprocket... to go stock size or not..

besides my mind says to wait a while till the chain wears out.. but then it will be too late to get it when i need to replace...

depend on what u want, bigger spocket gain more power, eat more fuel; smaller spocket no power, save fuel, n also mean pickup not as fast.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?

can consider 2nd hand if u're short of money, anyway if u manage to find a good 2nd hand, it's as good as 1st hand.

towed to UM?

what did the mechs there say?

what are the main problems?

well.. the mech cleaned carburetor, changed disphgram i think, the silencer crack was welded, charged battery, top up front fork oil, eo spark plug break pads change.. need to observe the machine for a while for other problems.. hope nothing major..

when i rode it y'day i had this feeling in my mind that the bike is going break down.. lol..

btw whats the idle rpm? mine was between 1k-1.5k.. but it sounded as if the enginer going to die off.. so my friend helped me increase a lil between 1.5k-1.8k rpm.. is that alright?

Think its alright.. Maybe when you leave it idling, throttle abit when you warming up.. If its dying off after warning up, might be fuel air mix ratio.. Bt I dun tune it cuz I'm nt familiar with it.. And need to test after you tune to mk sure its the right ratio also.. So gotta see how..
