i also feel feel much more energetic after quitting smoking for 1.5month.

 

 

Yesterday , newspaper say smoking not only caused cancer, but also 60,000 sporean suffer from COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). The patients have to stay home permanently and use special machine to breathe.

Its actually caused by a layer of cigarette tar deposit inside the lungs.

Will try to come on Saturday 'cos I'll be working that morning. Will try to finish early and come to join in.

 

:giddy: after join already later very hard to get out, especially if u are very busy taking up a part time degree or something. Assignment & project already damn pack liao. Where got time to study bible

 

Have time to study bible. I was studying full-time and working part time when I was in Australia. Still manage to find time to study bible. No need to spend 1-2 hours a day for serious study if there's time constrain. Even 15 minutes of bible reading with prayer is better than not reading and praying at all.

That sounds really interesting, u trigger my riding bug manz. Just now some of us suggesting Port Dickson Eagle Ranch for our first ride. Probably Jul or August. Do u want to lead or sweep :D
