so gelcoat is meant for small cracks...to cover up the hariline cracks...

 

fibreglass is for cracks... big pieces crack into 2 separate parts...

 

epoxy putty not recommended?or is it more flexible..like a mould..so in case a part chipped off...u can ownself mould tht part...then stick it there...

 

so which should i get? gelcoat and fibreglass? or gelcoat and eopxy putty? wad else do i need to get to start off...?

 

my left side flaring...u noe...the part where got 2 small rectangular openings..the middle supporting thing cracked...and my left flaring where the signal light goes in got hairline cracks too...stationary drop...so the damage not very bad...but still cracks...

oh tht sp ah...haha it was my elder brother la ..i dun usually race ppl..unless it's my friends..

 

dun worry u'll get yr mito..just wait..don't circum to temptation like i did...tht's y i lost 500 bucks in deposit money to exc*l...

 

in any case u gettin a mito fr any shop...avoid ecx*l ...!

to mould, use epoxy putty/filler can liao... you mix the 2 parts together, then it'll become like play dough... then you just shape to whatever shape you want lor... then later sand down and polish... voala! lol...

gonz: haha..mito is a high revving bike ma...of coz need rev...no la actually my elder bro was late for work tht's y he chiong...he chiong i chiong also lor..

 

actualli exc*l realli kar ppl one..one of my campmate had a black fr monster400...everytime he rev...u can hear a lose nut in the engine somewhere...he went to exc*l(he swears by tht shop...god noes y...haha)..they said to find out source of prob...need strip every sh*t apart...which is apparently close to an overhaul...cost 700+...i was like WTF MAN....after tht he sold the bike after some other probs came which accordin to shop needed 1500+ to fix......so he replaced e monster with a super 4 fr exc*l again...kena chop...haiz!

 

ok cool thks alot sols! i kinda get wad u mean...aniway the gelcoat thingy i went to a few hardware store they dun hav le...onli got epoxy...dun even have fibre sheets...which hardware store confirm have...?thks alot again..

haha thk u ! i'll be getting a new paintwork tho...coz my elder bro stationarily dropped my bike...(he forgot abt the auto stand)..so to fix tht fairing tht was slightly cracked i hav to buy a new tin of paint...wad a waste...so i was thinkin if i should do flames against the same metallic pearl orange base...haha..
