thanks for the advise,will do it this weekend at botak together with the clutch plate and signal lamp etc...

 

today afterwork i try to whack my bike as fast as i could start from 2nd gear,rev until ard 13k rpm but every time gear increase the max rev is getting lower and when reach 5th & 6th i cant pass 10k dont know why?

 

even if im only cruzing its almost impossible to pass 10k on 6th gear...the sound is like waving...

 

but after i get into sle my bike sound different loss power,cant go above 8k so i think the valve must be jam...

 

i stop and check the valve motor didnt move any more....still manage to go home with low rev...

 

go home eat etc...visit my bike again and the valve motor working again,give it a run and go as per normal...

 

so strange....the valve must be very dirty...

does anybody tried to open the steering damper? does it loose on the center part?and more heavier on the end side?

I hope u din stay in tat rpm long either.. seriously, the bike din had any problem when it was with me and mas. you better hope it ain't valve jam. wonder is it gotta do with the server motor... do tell botak to clean the valve too but u gotta let him know in advance so that he can get the valve gasket.

 

I tot i remember mas did change the clutch plate??

guys.. take a look at this website, its belong to my holland frd. his mito is blue in color n his buddy is red. the blue mito is mod to 350cc. and there are couple of INTERESTING bikes in it. http://www.oliepeil.nl/archief/2008/04/landelijke_motordagen_assen/

its not the valve jam but 1 of the servo motor mounting are gone...so its still ok

 

when the clutch are fully engage n at 1st gear th bike still moving...already adjust so must be smt wrong with th clutch....

 

so any body tried to open the steering damper?lose on the center n heavier on the end???

any one can recommend a good epoxy?cuz last weekend i glued back the radiator reservoir cap and now already tearing again.so the cap never closed properly...the crack is around the small hose

heehee changing back to sportsbike again,.. enough of relax riding already.. mostly cbr or rvf? my runner how i mod the speed also nv increase much abit boring rather get a 2a no need mod also faster then my mito and runner LOL

ah da, my suggestion is, if u really like 2 strokers, get a 250cc bike. They're fun if u know how to play them. RVF would be more fun than CBR. At the end of the day, it's the rider and the $$$ that counts. Btw, when I took withchbalde's mito also my mito to pg, I had so much with her that now, baby(the mito) is still in the workshop. *to blow me own trumpet* the other bikes that day were impressed with her(baby) cornering, so was I. hi guys checkout tis gadget juz fix 1 today quite worth thw $$$ after installation my rpm at 100km drop to 6k instate of the usual 7k+ and u all know 6speed mitos have alot of vibrations when engine braking but with revtec its alot more smoother now! bike become alot more responsive,smooth riding and my idling is very stable now(coz carb sz 34) friendly and good serivce by mr dyan http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=170641

YO JOHN! haha i wanted to get a pgm at first really like 2strokers but now in NS le cant really mantain a 2stroke bike good enough cant give the tender loving care... most probarbly i think i'll get RVF ba.. 4strokes are so much easier to mantain compare to 2 strokes

Ah da, dun be fooled. A RVF is not that cheap to maintain as you think, for one thing is, RVF's spark plugs are a different size. My suggestion is, since you are in NS, stick to your Gilera Runner as it's more cost efficient. If you looking for a good bike, easier to maintain, get an s4. I've been riding one for 6 years, and have no complaints. Enjoying me bike.
