one thing for sure, if u din premix 2t n petrol n the 2t pump is not functioning, U WILL HAVE a VERY BAD piston seizure.

 

ok but my question was,you said that the 2t pump set to 1~2mm.where do you get the measurement?from the reference line at the casing right?lesser or more?

ive just got a replacement faring for her,just need to repaint

maxima cool aide is out of stock and they only have engine ice,better than nothing.

 

ive just check the thermostat and theres no thermostat to be found its gone.i open the 2 screw and nothing...none...

 

i go to city for a while and the temp are ok...60-65 and i also notice running at 8500 rpm the engine more quieter and much more less vibration compare to day and 65-70'c temp

 

i think my last option will be putting a pc fan on it.

 

i have 2 frds who had put pc fan while another frd used scooter fan. ~~

but this morning she's ok last night i re flush again,blow the radiator in side-out top up with water for testing only.temp hover ard 60-65'c

 

make the 2t pump slightly more and put the carb needle to 2nd from top before was at the middle,dunno why botak last time change to middle?first time i got already at the 2nd.

the faring is in decent condition,all the mounting are still there and small crack,i just need to reinforce the faring and repaint

if u wanna tune it to this amount, the method is used by measuring the feed from the 2t oil by the using suzuki RGF 125. pump is tuned by adjusting the cable. for the standard setting, refer to this website:
