Hey so unfair...I also wanted one but cannot justify the $38K OTR price for a new machine and cannot find a 2nd hand one. Congrats on your purchase, btw care to share how much you paid for it?

Read through the owner's manual once and by the looks of it , the maintenance schedule is similar to Ducati's service schedule. Cost wise should be the same, however, heard that spareparts might be a problem.

Thanks, the brute is a pretty stunning piece to look at and it's unbelievable to ride. We both ride the 750S and they've got a slick, race bike feeling about them. You getting a monster soon? Let's ride sometime.

It's good to see you getting back a monster again.

Coz, I have to visit the market every Sunday to stock up in the fridge for the family whole week meal!. I'll join you guys on a Fri night mabbe.

It's time for another brute pix.

 

Also, I'm taking the brute to Frasers Hill this weekend (despite the forecast) then possibly on to Penang where the weather is particularly bad. Got my old harley rainproof out and ready for action.

Got back from my Frasers Hill ride. The Brute was impeccable. Like a bullet on the highway (yeah got clocked by police radar soon after Pagoh), rips up the twisties -- it is much, much more capable than this rider at the moment. There are some very nice twisties in the quiet foothills of Frasers. Even the hairpinned accent & descent from Frasers on a dry day is good fun considering it's very tight -- great practice for low speed throttle and cornering. Not nice in the wet, and watch out for sand.

New Brutales unveiled at Milan bike show -- 982 cc and 1078 cc. One hundred and fifty four horsepower and tons of torque. And they're almost as gorgeous as the old models.
