Hey Alvin, belt lube really can prolong the lifespan of belts?? Can it work for car belts as well??? :confused:

Is those spray that use for belt for car lor.

But not sure how it work, but from some friends told me as car mechanic use these spray for car, and thus lower the rotating sound.

Know an alantic rider using the belt spray cos he claim he travel quite alot and hoping the spray can last his belt longer life span.

But abit worried cos our scooter belt is slightly different from car 1, and might slip if applied too much.

Hehe should have used different nick for runner and skipper... then can post pic of runner as sig for runner and pic of skipper for sig for skipper thread :sweat:

Haiz.. today went to work on a rainy day. Was riding along the ECP after the marina south exit when got 1 car went over this puddle and splash it all over me! :weep: Can't see where i going for about 3 secs!

 

Luckily i riding my trusty skipper today, if i ridding the runner, confirm slip liao! Cause my runner back tyre botak liao! Haven't change yet! :cheeky:

 

Anyway, hate those cars that like to go over puddle at high speed! Luckily i wearing rain coat! Else have to go back and change first liao! :sweat:

Wah...That also happened to me a while ago. The rain has stopped and I was on my brother's Honda cub cruising along the road...then this pickup zoomed past a puddle of water next to us and splashed it all over us :cry: We almost buang due to lost of vision and the amount of water was huge. We weren't wearing raincoats and It didn't helped that the passengers on the back of the pickup were laughing at our plight too :mad:

 

But then again...I must admit sometimes car drivers cannot judge whether they will splash water onto fellow motorists or not... :sian:

I'm guilty too of splashing water onto motorist...but UNINTENTIONALLY! :sweat:

cos by the time you realise you will splash water...you are probably too close to stop. Jamming brakes might in turn skid the car and hit the motorist? o_O

 

So we all just try to be extra careful especially during darn rainy days ok? :thumb:
