as for switch i'm intending to find a round one down @ sim lim tt fits juz nice to the circular hole near the start button.

Put speaker liao...use that hole to fix up an off/on switch for speakers...then see TP can just off speakers :cheeky:

sure thing! may be down sim lim tomorrow to check out gadgets.

 

am interested in the signal covers as well..mine's cracked. (front left and back right) :giddy:

technically speaking yeah...gonna buy fuse, relay and switch frm there.

its not workable cos the power from your mp3 player not enough to play music loud enough for speakers. you must buy one receiver and connect it to your bike battery.

well..i would think it's feasible as long as you feed some sorta amplification to the input source and step down the current frm speakers to prevent frying your mp3 player.

its like when you are at home, your speakers need batteries so they can go loud enough. if your speakers no need ac power or batteries they cannot go loud enough.

 

they wind at the speed we are going is very loud its going to cover the music if its not loud enough

Speakers will have the power of bike's 12V batt ah...10W speakers should be loud enough right? Then fix an amplifier maybe can work....but dunno whether anyone tried before...

Those car receivers only serve as a radio receiver right? Or got amplifier built in?

er.........!! there is a person you guys should ask for opinion if thinking of installing speaker and staffs like that.:smile:

Look for Taukay Kennyseaw lah. Think he will be back from cameron tonite, so can look for him day after tomoro.:cheeky:

Yah! The yellow, thge red and the silver backing for the bulb as well. Dunno if thy still have it as i bought mine 3 yrs back :cheeky: But i think they should have it! The price, i not so sure liao! :cheeky:

We already know about taukay KennySeaw services hehe but we trying to budget and DIY ourselves! :cheeky: I thinking of getting those cheap computer speakers and fixing it to my bike! Haha! Convert the AC power input to complement with the bike one and then can also use the phones input to connect to my CD/mp3 players! Now what i need is to dig out my Electoronic and Circuitery Textbook from poly to calculate the step down needed to power the speakers..... :confused:
