Bro call at your own risk, Mistui will take away your NCB and charge you a loading when your insurance is due for renewal. I kenna before and accident is not even my fault.

 

But i am claiming on his insurance not mine, why they will take away the NCD?

my last minor accident, the car driver still bargain with me..ended up 50% /50%...but I bang onto him becos he swerve into my land..if go legal, I might lose....

 

Yet this guy very steady, total cost of repair cost abt $400 he fork out without bargaining.

anyway, it's just fingers away.. all i used are googles and yahoos..

 

commonly, riders/drivers that got into accident will be quite lost and often quite helpless and cant sort the procedures properly..

so, always stay calm, attend the injured and proceed with the admin issues accordingly..
