Dani Pedrosa the Honda MotoGP racer is only 1.58m.

If he can steady a 1000c RC213V so can you. Yes he doesn't have to foot his leg down as much as we do but i think you really love your bike, your body will find ways to adjust to it.

If cash permits dont discount the coming xDiavel. :)

oooo. i have ridden superbikes before. i trust myself at this age, better avoid them but at work i met a guy slightly older than me riding cbr600rr to the track at malaysia.

oooo, another dream bike i prefer THE HONDA CTX1300. but am resigned to wait and wonder why Boon Siew not bringing in

yup. a fan of shaft drive, ctx 1300 would be my prefered choice compared to the ctx700. its just that its so strange that honda would give a small tank compared to its brother the st11/13.

another query is why wouldnt honda make a ctx800 using the not no well received v4 crossrunner engine like the famous supermagna of years gone by.

The CTX is what the American calls a bagger, not meant for long distance...while the ST is for long distance touring with sport ability.... I would prefer they use back the V45 (750cc) Magna engine with shaft drive...even though the rear is a drum brake... I can live with that....

There just isn't enough demand for this bike to make it profitable for them...you have to ask other dealers to bring it in...

Nope. its the red and black. he doesnt have a rear box. when i first saw the bike, he had his wife at the rear and when I met him, i asked him why he didnt install a rear box so that the wife will be more comfy relaxing to the back.he said the front compartment is big so no need to put extra box. i was like huhhhhh???

and his plate is awesome too even though cant remember

Then I have not met him...actually, for the RS, you can get a back rest for the pillion and if you are not carrying one, you can move it forward for the rider...

MY top 5 bikes i would love to buy because of my height :

1) Can am spyder

2) Honda DN-01

3) harley 883 low /superlow

4) Honda Silverwing even though its heavy

5) any brand thats has a seat height of around 750mm, shaft drive, 4inline engine

My list is even shorter due to my height, and is it called inseam or instep? I only know, Crotch to Heel is 28 inches. And on wider seats, the legs has to open wider and its even shorter.

1) Harley 883 low

2) Vespa LX150/Et8/Yamaha Fino

3) Any Kup Kia is fine

4) Dream bike is the Yamaha Fazer 6 old version with the thundercat engine.

Wear 13 inches high heels lah...looks hot also...whereas if we guys wear such a high soles, onlookers will probably die laughing at us...

When Honda Fury reached our shores, I thought of getting it, I sat on it and thought, excellent, both my feet can be flat on the ground...but I have to perish the thought because left foot couldn't reach the gear lever and the right one couldn't reach the brake...sigh...

Ok... as promised, I am organizing a meet up on 12 or 26 June (Sunday) at 2 pm at NTU (Nanyang Technological University) Canteen 1 or 2... the date and place is tentative, according to the response... I chose this place is because it has free motorcycle parking, relatively cheap food and drinks, very few crowds and traffic during weekends, can see our bikes while sipping drinks (for air-conditioned, canteen 1 or open-air, canteen 2).... I will post locations and directions later.... this meet up is for all to chit chat, enquire about each other bikes, etc... since the place is a bit out of the way, I don't expect a lot to turn up... if you have any suggestions, let's hear it... Thanks.

btw just changed my front tyre bridgestone t30 120/70 for $190 at unique motors

decided to stick to bridgestone as it really last a long time, last one was 18k km plus, could have used another 1k but safety first

pretty good handling too

Omg http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/this-urban-jungle/whoa-wild-boar-runs-as-fast-as-vehicle-on-edgefield-plains-road-then-heads-towards RT, I may not be able to join the gathering for drink and eat, but would love to come and chat

Eat is not mandatory... but during chatting, bound to get thirsty... I will take lunch at home first then go there and wait for you all.... I presume you can make it on the 26th too?

Good for you!.... but you will find that the headlight aim will be lower because the diameter of the 120/70 tire is smaller than the original one...

The location of the two canteens is shown below...

http://www.onemap.sg/?SearchVal=NANYANG%20TECHNOLOGICAL%20UNIVERSITY%20BUS%20STOP%20CANTEEN%202%2C%20%2035%20STUDENT%20WALK%20LEVEL%201%2C%20%20SINGAPORE%20639548%20(AXS%20STATION)&LW:Y&wO5d:qYaaJ_R,IaqaY_c,qJfaR_q,IcYfa_f,a

Take the PIE towards Tuas, turn off at Nanyang flyover, keep right, turn left at the round about after the traffic lights, turn right at the junction, take the left fork (carpark gantry, keep left, if not enough space then keep right and let the gantry open for you, free parking), when reached the next junction, canteen 1 is on the left and canteen 2 is on the right.

I will wait for you guys at canteen 1 (air-con, hehehe...) look out for my Spyder....
