unlocking password protected excel file

just wondering if anyone knows what i could do about it. my ex colleague was asked to leave the company and she deleted all the related files to the project. the system managed to restore the files from the server but one particular excel file had a password to it and am having a headache because there are things that we need to follow up on. does anyone have any recommendation on what I could do to unlock the file.

thks v much but dun seem to work though. may hv to force that staff to provide the password otherwise hold back her pay says my company.
