i think Liang Court's basement carpark should be open throughout cos there's a hotel there. it was still open at 1am when i went to retrieve my bike.

3rd basement parking at Standard Charter building, Six Battery Road, is free for bikes. Almost next door to Fullerton Hotel. I think Singapore Land Tower is free, too, but don't know for sure.

Is there an unspoken rule that as long as the barricade of the car park is short (ie. enough for bike to slip pass), we bikers no need to pay??

Should be.. Whenever i want to park in the shopping centre and the space is enough for me to pass through, i will just ride pass..

Well, I was going to park at Paragon since I wanted to go to HMV and buy a disc or two... but the guard told me I could not park there. It was pretty busy, maybe full, but I could not park there.

 

I will try again the next time I am out that way.
