Hi to T-max brudders, I just saw a 03 T-max for sale few weeks ago.But i wonder is it a carb model or fuel injection model?Then there's another 01 T-max for sale,is that a carb model? Which one shall I get? Any advice? I travel at least 90km a day from work to home......Can anyone help???

'01 and '03 should most definately be Carb-model. Think the FI ones started only from '04 onwards in SGP.

 

with the rising Oil prices, and U travel 90KMs a day, most cost-effective is to get a WAVE!!

 

Really, no joke! TMAX? Then wil definately compromise on the fuel-economy... of course still better than other big Cl 2 bikes lah, depends on which bike U comparing with.

 

My FI-Tmax runs abt 18-20KM per litre, not too sure about the Carb-ones, can the rest help on this??

My best consumption so far is 14 litres/202miles..... But for average, it is 14 litres / 170 miles to 180 miles... So that's about 20km per litre....

same as mine. but i ever hit 22km/L.. if ride with pick up on traffic light mostly then will go to 20-21km/L.. MOMO: that time i also gana speedo not working but after that realise that the mechanic never help me fix on the speedo cable that why not working, now MAX dun have the solid start when its already hot, but when i cold start it got the solid start i wonder is that a problem for my bike too..

but still chasing the two 750 tat went wif me.

There's a guy selling a '03 White TMAX with GPR exhaust, asking $6.8K, search in this forum's Garage Sales.

 

i think the sales of the '08-model far exceeded the previous models, guess its due to more awareness of Big Scooters!!

 

really HARD to find a used '04-'07 MOdel TMAX! Gd luck for yr search... i'm having a '05, and have NO thoughts in selling it anywhere in the near future....
