08 CBR1000RR getting ready to race on MSS Round4

S&R Engineering will run the 2 unit of 08 HRC CBR1000RR at MSS Round 4.

we already tested by MSS Round 3. it was so fast!!

 

and our new sponsor PIRELLI TYRE DIABLO SUPER CORSA (SC 1)

was working velly well. it sooo much better than last year's tyre!!!!

Grip was so graet.!! better cornering . so smoos. the champion Rider

Brent said " I love this Tyre!!" "it was sooo much better!!!

 

and this tyre was last soo long. may use more than 50 laps by N Track.

 

 

the bike will run by #12 Brent (pineapple Motorsport) and #65 Kida yasuji ( Singapore)

Pineapple Motor Sports Ready For Round 3 Malaysian Super Series

 

Sepang: The Malaysian Super Series Round 2 held at the Sepang International Circuit last Sunday was ignited with the successful launching of the Msportbike Racing Team by team management Pineapple Motor Sports Sdn Bhd's principal Encik Ahmad Razlan Tan Sri Dato' Ahmad Razali.

 

Race day began with a short press conference held at 10:15hrs attended by the media, sponsors, race team members and friends including the presence of MAM's (Motorsports Association of Malaysia) Encik Eizwar and Ms Tharani.

The press event saw the handover of the official protective race apparels and helmets to the team riders, Brent Odgers and Omar Ali Abdullah from the Superbike Open race category. On top of an event officiating sponsorship by AGV and Alpinestars brands, the highlight of the day was to unveil the new 2008 Honda HRC CBR1000RR race bike for Round 3.

At the press conference, Razlan Razali also announced the team's commercial affiliation with national sporting agency, MAM (Motorsports Association of Malaysia) where Pineapple Motor Sports Sdn Bhd is able to import race bikes, spare parts and racing related items at reasonable price, for use at all competitions.

 

The Msportbike Racing Team also took the opportunity to present its donation to Team George and Dragon, the organizing group from the fundraiser campaign in association with Mercy Malaysia, kicking off the cause in lieu with their sponsored rookie racer Dzul Aminuddin's participation at the Malaysian Super Series, entering the Superbike Novice category.

Before closing the press event, Razlan Razali added, "Although this round did not see the contention of the top two riders due to overlapping Asian Grand Prix held in Jakarta, we shall expect an even more spectacular race at the coming Round 3 as we make our first race appearance on the new 2008 HRC CBR1000RR machine, and our closest rival Ahmad Zamani Baharuddin from Team AFY Kawasaki, as we shall see him with his brand new Kawasaki ZX10RR. We very much look forward to the coming round".

 

 

The Malaysian Super Series Round 2 ended with Brent Odgers finishing top at the podium at both races and Omar Ali Abdullah at 6th and 10th position respectively.

 

The Malaysian Super Series is held over 5 rounds with Round Three on 14th and 15th June. Raceday is on Sunday 15th June.

it was testing on during the race.

we need data for good setup for next round .

he just test it.

and Brent also test ride by before Round 3 race day.

 

the bike size as 600cc. weight alound 155kg to 166kg.

it up to us. we can control the weight by setup.

our base machine weight is 152kg. but we will choice the weight

for good balance. we are still on some of development

 

did you see Mr. Kida start from botom low at race 2. how fast to start.

he reach to 2nd low group from botom low after start..

 

coz of lunch control system.

this CBR have many new system.

 

maybe this year Brent clock 1,04 by N track. or more less!!

do u remember last year Brent made new record 1,05 by N Track.

 

this time, this 08 CBR got special ECU from one of World top race team,
