but I don't know about it..because I never try Protec filter.. hehe.. oh ya.. afandi also produce a device to increase the supply of air to the engine..device called Air Injection.... this is one of the secret Indonesian vixion performance...more more more acceleration with it !!!!... but i don't use this device..because it's expensive for student like me ...hahaha

Someone (not bike shop ppl) told me to change EO once every 3 mths or every 5000km depending on which came 1st.

the belly pan u see above is originally for a RXZ... can be mounted by most mechs at any workshop

 

S4 belly pan can also fit, but a little trimming will be required..

i've heard rumors of some uncles never changing their engine oil since day 1 of buying a new bike! hahahha n it only broke down after like 3 years or so... dare to try?? whahha!! not me!!!

 

think it depends on the type of oil u use... mineral abt 1K, semi-syn abt 5k, fully-syn abt 8k...

2nd would be the duration.. most shops recommend at least once every 3 months regardless of the mileage..

3rd would be based on the rider... do you feel it getting harder to shift through your gears? roughness?

 

at the end of the day, u decide as a rider... u wanna pamper your ride? or milk it for all it's worth?

For me i always follow my butt dyno. When it feels rough then i know it's time to change the Engine Oil already. How long? Is follow by mileage bro. My longest so far is ard 45 days. Means 1 and half mth. The earliest is 14 days which is 2 weeks. Depend on which kind of engine oil i use.

 

So usually for my bike Engine oil change Interval range from 14 days - 45 days or 1.5 mths which ever comes first.
