Just got those spongy things to put on brake/clutch lever. Think they call it lever sleeves. Any quick tip as to how to fit them in... esp pass those fat knobs.

1 interesting thing 2 know....i got 48.5km/ltr fc (90% in s'pore , 10% JB)...datz freakin good

dis is d 1st time i'm aware w my riding style 2 know d differences of b4 &aft fixing 41 rear sprock

i get 48.5km/ltr nt cz i ride slow...in d xpressway 90-110kmh , on stop&go roads gear shift only aft 8.5K rpm ...

dis sunday, i'l test d fc fr my bike jb-mlaka on an average speed 115-125kmh..

hmmm.. from what i know... wet fabric doesn't tear easily... or else u can always wait for dag to advise... haha

yo!!! wet it and liquid soap... slides in nicely after that... just need to dry with towel after it's fitted

48.5km/ltr i get w dat road cond...in dat duration(5 days) , 40% stop&go (gear shift only aft 8.5K rpm) , constant 80kmh 25% , 95-105kmh 25% , 110kmh 10% ...

fr s'pore riding, my worst fc is 38.5km/ltr...d time whn i got dat worst fc (spore riding)=

120kmh 40% , stop& go shift only aft 8.5K rpm 35% ,110kmh 25% .... i dun afraid 2 speed 120-130kmh on s'pore expressway ...hehe ;D

itz rly hard fr my bike get lower thn 38km/ltr in s'pore altho i ride like a mad person ...

 

two basic things to do on how to get better fc r = not 2 use bigger tyre ( F 80/90 , R 90/90 ) &treat ur engine w wat i treated (Xado engine revitalizant) (read my signature)

 

bro rxz, actually wat alot of u guys dun realize dat m'sian road riding consume more fuel thn riding in spore...constant 110kmh at NSE i get ard 38-42km/ltr ,constant 120kmh 36-38km/ltr , constant 125kmh 34.5-36.5km/ltr , full throttle w/o pillion 32-34.5km/ltr , full throttle w pillion(ard 50-70kg pillion) 30-33km/ltr ....plz take note dat full throttle is 130-150kmh..

 

i neva get better fc thn 42km/ltr fr my long distance ride...cz d slowest speed is 90kmh...most of d time (in long dist. ride) i speed more thn 115kmh...

 

dun b shocked w 1 fact here = my worst fc is 25.5km/ltr ...i get dat cz d weather was vry windy&rained vry heavily ...whilst dat,i put on full throttle altho wind pushed my right-left..130-145kmh...dat time i use 90/80 michelin pilot sporty rear tyre w std sprock

 

i use 90/80 rear tyre...datz y d fz is good

if u guys use bigger thn 90/90 fr rear tyre, fr sure it'l consume more ,especially in stop &go riding cond...

yeah,i know dat bigger tyre=better stability , BUT d side effect is Bigger tyre = power lag&heavy+ increased fc

 

2 weeks ago i changed my rear tyre 2 100/80 , but used it fr only 5 days ...i cannot tahan lah...NO POWER!!!!!increased fc!!! i need power&gd fc...so i changed rear tyre to 90/80 & rear sprock to 41(std 42)...

aft changing it , i rly feel d natural power of d bike

i can chase after an ALPHARD (3.5) !!!!! 150cc fuel injected 4 stroke bike can chase aft 3500cc car...isn't it impressive??

 

i'm good in "how 2 reduce fc on high rpm" ...want tips,i may share whn we meet up...

guys...i got gd fc nt juz cz of tyre& engine treatment only...but i owez clean d fuel injector...

i'll add GETF1 fuel injector cleaner every 3000-4000km .... 1 btl rm10 can b used fr 5 applications fr our bike

mantaining clean injector means better combustion &more stable fuel flow + less fuel waste ...
