hehehehe...... I did rest lor... but hor.. during the trip my speedo is all the way 90km/h.... not use to it... kekekek :cheeky:

not used to 90km/h all the way is not an excuse..if me n andrew can follow behind at the same speed or even slower without meeting the zzz monster i dun c why u cant

 

my advice is next time if u feeling sleepy,dun be a hero.stop down by the side n rest..dun worry about not catching up cos the sweeper is always there to stop n wait for u..

my stupid sprain leg haven totally recover :giddy: my BA GUA looks disgusting lol.. yea meet for kopi session soon!

 

Bro, try not to take cold water & cooling stuffs, it will affect the recovery of ur injury.

 

To help the BA GUA to go off, apply some "Yunnan Bai Yao" powder (mix with some water to make it like a paste) onto the BA GUA, few days will recover.
