Hi, We do not offer money back policy. We will assess your bike and inform you of any scratches which cant be removed before we start. You can then make a decision whether to take up the grooming package. Please understand that not all scratches are removable. Up till date, we have groomed more then 500 bikes and washed countless since we started on 8th Jan 08. Our expertise will give you satisfaction after each grooming session. If still in doubt do give me a call or drop by for free assessment. Thanks.
