btw, reason why u should install PAv2 and ignite after a recent service is because you can feel the Tip-top shape of your bike performance. When you feel that performance then install the 2 Gadgets and you will feel the difference.

 

If your bike isn't in tip-top shape; for example: you never change EO for like very long then your bike is abit sluggish, you might feel very little difference with the gadgets.

yesterday at dam i saw a very nice white daelim 125 with the black carbon fibre exhaust. sound is very nice.

if im not wrong, there's 3 2b sportsbikes that give a big bike image: Yamaha YZF-r125, Hyosung GTR 125 and Daelim Roadwin(Roadsports in other country) r125. So far only seen Daelim Roadwin r125 2nd hands but they get snatched pretty fast. So i guess if your lucky you can find if not then you have to wait or settle for 1st hand

 

probably coz Daelim roadwin r125 been longer in singapore that the other 2.

The same model, only it was red. Actually, I just noticed last night that the ad I was checking out was posted in 2008! I just searched for a Daelim 125 and it popped-up, loved it, and sms-ed th number. Didn't notice the date. No wonder the guy never replied, hahaha! Lesson learned...

 

That orange 125 has 68k mileage and gone thru 4 owners already.

 

I will try to visit a few shops this saturday morning. Planning to go to Bukit Batok and Kaki Bukit...if time permits, Bukit Timah (Boon Siew).

Hi, if you read the past pages you'll get the answers. It's ok to rev to 7rpm even 8rpm. Unless you don't want to ride on e-way like the other guy who only ride on traffic lights road with max 60kph speed.

Wah! You already chiong to 99kph ah. Roy told me not to above 80pkh orh. Not even before 3rd svc. I now 1/3 more to 2nd svc.

 

According to pass posts, rev above 6 to 7-8rpm then change gear so on and so forth

A class 2 biker told me another way, gear 1 rev to about 20kph change to gear 2 rev to about 40kph, change to gear 3 rev to about 60kph and so on. For every change of gear is when it's at it's most powerful that time, over that time or before that time is 'eat fuel', meaning high fuel consumption riding that way(drag gear too much=high fc, change gear too fast w'o rev or enough speed=high fc).

Ya right. You have to carry tank bag around very troublesome, box not such problem. If you don't want either, bag pack of sling bag lor. Lol

Btw how heavy u tink the box is? 10kg or 20kg? Pillion even heavier lah. Abit wind resist is true but most pillion like to lean on the box, claim got box safer leh.

Btw 4th or 3rd gear if up slope on e'way, if not really slow. Rpm 5 to 7 takes about 1km at 5th gear. In any case, use the appropriate gear at different circumstance.
