i don't know if the parts considered expensive, but all i know CKA(kaki bukit) servicing is damm good. Come to think of it, i won't change bike because of the good servicing :>

the thing all my friends are telling me is, "oi korean bike leh, parts how?"

this any that.. so asking you pros, after 2 years how? parts expensive?

parts? well what do you want to change, and why? this bike comes as good as it is...unless TOUCH WOOD you get in a problem on the road and the bike body is damaged in that case you can consider parts and ask nudge becoz his 'incident' still quite fresh

Nudge, your insurance 1st or 2nd party? and that rack in the photo is CKA's?

the gear changing seems to be extremely smooth(rarely slams down). however i doubt its related to engine oil, but my clutch plates seems to be slipping causing some power/acceleration lost. Unless its K&N filter that needs to be washed with is not even 3000km yet

i know what you mean, wah lao the weather today like independence day movie sky all black.

BOX STATUS

Normal Topbox rack can be purchased at CKA $80.... GIVI/kappa box $100plus -----------------------Cheaper Option

HepcoBecker topbox + BMW-like toprack can be purchased at mTecknic $450, customized to fit toprack and box to 125R at SENG KWANG metal fabrication AMK $260(this one is a deliberate Chop attempt by the shop)..how I know bcoz I asked mTecknic and others they told me its F***ing ridiculous.------------------------------MORE expensive but Aesthetic Option

HB box and etc is expensive I know but if you're going to upgrade to a class2 bike and install a box might as well do so by buying the accessories that can be transferred over to you diversion or your Fz

you mean GIvi And kappa box cannot transfer to class2 bike?

hmmm did you buy liqui moloy engine protection? what it does is that smooths the surface area around where your piston goes up and down ETC. after i added that my gear doesn't slam....hmmm see first la i frankly dun feel any difference in engine oil...cost only

how often do you guys change clutch plates btw?

about castrol, i don't use any engine protection.

i did use ows engine protector with ows 800, gears still do slam down and the gear change not as smooth as castrol.

btw, its same priced as ows 800 $25

Nudge, i like your new signature pic, i can zoom to the rack and see so clearly:angel:

LOL. just after major washing..

eh...sorry if i missed out in the jungle of messages, but what rack and box is nudge using ah?

cka's own customised rack. super solid. will not bend at all. unlike duno what rack pulsars use.. if u notice, u can see their boxes bobbing up and down lol
