can i suggest that we compile a list of information for all new and potential riders of our bike and put it on our front page?we can try to get hold of nudge to do it since he was the thread starter.

Monstar, I have LEDs installed and my bike batt lasts for slightly more than a year. Estimate 1yr 3mths. Cost of a stock batt is $90. The Alarm eating into my batt is a small price to pay infact as what Jeremiah(another R125r thread Floater...i mean rider) said it gives us a greater peace of mind that no one is fiddling ard with your ride. Infact initially when i bought my bike i invested in a Xena Disc Lock at $55, now that i've installed the alarm I would like to let go of my lock...PLEASE PM ME http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5RQXcviDjY

First Hand OTR: $8.5k

 

30 - 40km/ litre [needs confirmation]

mine is roughly around 32-33km/litre since i speed [max 120km/h] alot.

 

overall, it's a good bike. doesn't strain the body. comfortable sitting position. maintenance-wise, not sure. yet to go for my first service.

need to get used to the weight of the bike since it's 150++ kg.

 

compared to my daystar. this is SO MUCH LIGHTER. haha

im at 80+ to 90km. 2 bars depleted. so this is VERY fuel efficient. i got my 2nd hand bike @ 6k. 1 yr old+ with 1000km+ milieage only. I PICKED UP A GEM. hahahaha

eh. i saw my neighbour change their EO under block but normally if diy for EO .. where would u all normally dispose ?

the blinking bar is an indication that you might have to push your bike home.

binteng, i believe they bring the used EO to any bike shop and ask them to dispose of it. it is F.O.C for disposal.

the big bolt thats situated under our bike requires a big ass spanna that we have to buy specially from some hardware stores....so normally I'll just go CKA and change my EO. Anyways better to have a chemical plastic carboy or tray below the drip hole then once its all out pour into a bottle(use a funnel to help) then bring to any moto shops which have drums. Thats where they have all the used contaminants.
