saner, keep in mind that the bike is heavy and U-turn requires constant speed.

try not to pillion coz u have to get used to the bike first :>.

 

and yes pillion(weight) reduces acceleration.

 

Oh ya after i took my bike i went to bedok north to top up fuel. There i had to make a U-turn. I tried to turn to the intended right lane(lane 1) but i not confidence to do it on this bike(in that situation) so i just let it turn to left lane(lane 2)(only 2 lanes there).

 

Maybe 1 of these days i should go back to the bukit batok rd, the bbdc test rode to make U-turns. Hahaa...

well, the infos on the first page is just a guide to show roughly who are the owners of the bike. however, i need the coorperation of those who want to be listed in the first page to notify me, less i get certain info wrong. its not easy to keep track of all riders too so those who can be bothered to pm me, i will put your name up.

 

its not a very crucial aspect also.. basically by "maintaining" this thread i feel it is more important for us to give guidance to those who are intending to get this bike or new to this bike, rather than just updating the first post

 

m2b wise, the group has become too big, and lots of things have changed since we first started out, so most people just use that thread as a chit chat avenue now.. nothing wrong with that either. it has become a more old friends kinda thread rather than trying to attract more people like last time when the thread just started out.

 

if u are looking for a meetup session, you can initiate one too and we would be most happy to gather if we are free on the stated time/date. i have no problem with that although i know that in some other threads there are leaders who dont like others to organise their own meetups

hm, i guess the designers felt that it wasnt neccesary to make a 6th gear? since we have just a 125cc engine a 6th gear may mean extra shifting when slowing down and up without much benefit in control of speed and power. debatable topic tho?
