PG Track Ride Board

For the sake of both newbies and old birds, let's have a ride board to list who is going and when, so that riders can arrange for meetings, coffee session afterward, or see if the track is going to be too crowded or closed!

Looks like many people are going to track on various days, so it became impractical for me to update everyone's name everyday. Please look at the latest posts for updated info.

Please do everyone a favor: if you are the first one to suggest going to track on a certain day, please start a list like the one below for others to add in their name.

Came back already. Track itself was cloudy but dry. On the way there encountered light rain near Upper Thomson and Mandai area. Then on the way back, half way from PG to GP, it poured. We hid at GP for an hour or so, and then rode home in the drizzle.

It was fun, especially after a couple of years of abstinence for me. The Dukes were definitely very fast. But I didn't remember the names of the riders except the 916 which was Peter. If you guys are looking, please introduce yourselves again. Sorry. :cheeky:

Finally made my mark on my toe slider and knee slider today. Turn 5 is da bomb. But my favorite is still the double turn before the chicane. My entire body hurts now, haha.

In particular there was this NSR150SP with very good corner exit speed. He was probably faster than me on the front straight despite the power difference. Salute to that guy!

Bad weather when I set off from home at about 8. Drizzled abit on my way to custom, luckily the track itself was dry. It started to turn dark not long after our session, but heaven was kind to us, let us complete our session.. Heh.. One guy crashed out on turn 10 from the group of malays, they're quite fast man... I was only faster than them due to power.

Nice session. Now my knee sliders are 1/4 gone... This is bad for the wallet... Haha.. Got rid of the chicken strips on my new pilot sport as well. Nice tires, very consistent throughout all the laps.

The ducatis are so fast... Totally got owned in both corners and straight. Anyway thanks for leading rhema and i back, if the ducati guys happen to read this. Are the Arjen & co. the guys who waved to me when I pit in to rest? I was on the katana 750.

Oh I see! SV650S is a great bike. I used to have the naked version SV650K1, it was powerful, light and torquey. So much fun compared to my heavy peaky CBR.

When did you guys leave? Did you get caught in the rain too?

I don't think my suit is 100% dry. Haha. I'll pass this weekend. Plus I jst spent money on a helmet, jacket and gloves for my girlfriend, and gloves for myself. I am very poor.
