Any other scooter can also join in the fun. Its just for gathering and talking about women, bikes and drinking coke rite?

Plug cap old, melted n loose and it was raining heavily. The bike died n i tried to start till battery went flat. Pushed all the way along the expressway exit Bendemeer to Botak. Changed the plug cap n got a 2nd hand battery from Simon n its ok now. So much for 'exprexxway' haha. Now my body feel like i jus came back on weekends from camp during NS haha.

gotten my YP250 for about a week now. But I guess I really have no experience in scooters... bought my FW plater for 2.5k but all the wear and tear parts all worn out! Spent 1.2k at Future scootering just to replace the variator, bell, clutch, the 2 discs that grabs the belt, the belt, spark plug and EO.

 

And the list goes on after spending so much. The mech commented my steering cone is damaged - I thought that the scooter will "auto-steer" back to centre to help us balance easier Battery that was installed was the wrong size, no wonder my foot rest was popping out. Front tyre wrong size too, my 90km/h feels like 80km/h.

 

Going to spend a bomb again to change tyres, steering cone, battery. And to get a voltmeter installed.

 

But, amidst all these complains, I still love this bike. 1st to chiong when the lights turn green, leaving the BMW drivers awestruck. Maximum storage space, I no longer dread going to carrefour with my girl. And the seat is very comfortable lol.

 

Thinking of changing the rear suspension, and *maybe* get some stereo if the price is right. Any experienced bros wanna bring me to JB to look look see see?

about the suspension depends on ur budget.... if u have budget then the adjustable suspension if u don't have then go for the jb ah boi one. they have 1 suspension that can fit majesty. someone have change to the jb ah boi one, try finding here lor.....

about what tyres are u going to change?? the last time i change i change my front tyre cost around $100 like that.

 

suspension depends on ur budget? u waa a adjustable suspension r just a normal suspension?

 

then for the stereo, as long as u have ur budget done up let me or firestorm know. we can bring u in to jb to look for stereo. if u wanna take a look @ our stereo b4 u make any decision also can. just go down to wonderful motors in the evenings, u will most propably find firstorm there.

Hi bros heres something id like to share wif u guys. I changed my rear stock suspension which was good for nothing to this cheap alternative. I went to Ah Boy JB and bought this for 135 ringgit!

There u go a pic of it on my bike. Only preload adjustable. No damping nor rebound etc. 135ringgit fix myself. Its so cheap ive no complaints cos compared to my original shocks these sre like Ohlins wahaha!

OR alternative to dat alternative, u can get it in SG too from Bplus by Gazi for SGD160. Peace.

......there's another version of Gazi at Bplus that is $120 but must get bracket($10) to extend as it's too short. Gazi is not fully adjustable as well. This is the one w/o the gas canister. I have it on my bike and I feel shiok.....I dunno wat to say......just shiok!!! Wahahahaha.......
