Hi to all,, I just brought mine FZ6S Gen 2 two days ago. All stock. Anyone can recommend mi where to purchase the items stated below?

 

1) Belly pan

2) After market pipe (not sure wat brand to get and wat brand is avail. Any Recommendation? )

3) Front touring wind shield.

Belly pan not sure..

Exhaust have many brands.. go YouTube listen what you like and the looks as well.. the sound might not 100% accurate.. but better than nothing.. have akrapovic, arrow, Remus, scorpion, yoshimura, terminogni, Leo Vince etc..

Windshield also quite a few.. mra givi puig powerbronze..

Willz, actually if u google (let your fingers do the talking), u will find several brands of aftermarket stuffs for fz6... once u found these brands for ur bike, perhaps u can ask here e.g where to get ermax belly pan for fz6... i guess the folks around here can easily tell u where to get... isn't it much better?

hey guys.. i did my oil change and filter as well the plugs.. after ive change i discover this weird sound.. as if the bike got fuel stuck ongoing till the last gear.. can anyone tell me whats the problem might be? and do fazer makes a chain'y sound during idle or morning start? i bought this bike 2nd hand millege was 50000 km... hmm 50 or 500? haha.. my mistake pls correct.. so im kinda scared does it is normal or i really have to go for checks? my bike is total stock.. pls help me guys in this.. i guess u guys little bit know what im trying to explain?

can u confirm if ur bike is now at 50k mileage or 500k mileage? cus it make a real diff here...

the chain sound you r hearing could most probably be the timing chain... try go to bike shop to get them check it out for ya if it need replacement or not...

btw, no idea on what is your problem with the fuel got stuck at last gear... sorry...

I just left mine for 50K maintainence so i can explain a bit. Valve clearance is a procedure to measure and correct the clearance in the valve. If this clearance is not corrected your valve can suffer irreversible damage over time. Valve clearance itself is between 100-150 depending on various factors

 

However if u replace timing chain and shims and some other thing inside the engine it's gona cost more starting from 350 onwards depending again on various factors. Your mech will advise on the necessity of the replacement.

 

This operation is for every 50k, when the items will certainly be worn out.

For commute/touring.. probably try bridgestone bt023, Michelin pilot road 3, pirelli Diablo rosso etc.. those dual compound tyres whereby the Tyre is harder at the centre..

MW selling at Sgd950, no stock currently. Any other shop to reccommend guys? , that will do the setting/balancing of your weight...etc...during the installation.
