Cos my bike and tyres are just 3 weeks old, dun want to go to the shop, take out the tyres just to fit the valves.

Was thinking of doing that come the next tyre change, but that will be like 6-9 months later...

Then again.... :)

I threw out the sh!tty stock tyres on day one. I rode the bike out to another shop, and then changed it. Total mileage, 14km.

bro, try Michelin Pilot Road 2... strongly recommend for SG roads as well as tourings because the center is hard compound, the sides are soft compound... excellent for fazers! :thumb:

pricing wise, H*L is selling at $420 but duno got stock or not and duno if it comes with balancing or not... U****e is selling at $430 w balancing... try to go for 120 for the front and 180 for the rear btw... blah blah blah... :)

currently michelin is facing some prob as sporting has been taken over by mah, not sure if Road 2 is still coming... btw the centre compound is medium while the side are soft isnt it?

haha true... I took the bike out with Bridgestone 020 went to cameron after my hard break in, came back changed the tyres on the next day... the stock tyres sucks to the core... dun save the small money where might leads to big repairs...

Stock was a Pilot Rd... 1, not 2.

I don't prefer touring tyres. They may last longer, but I just feel that they don't offer enough grip. So I sold it off and swapped in a new set of Pilot Power 2CTs.

wat are the difference?

wat will it affect? :cheeky:

Less grip in cornering hard.

It will affect your fairing and frame and little plasticy bits here and there.

And of course whether the rider ends up in ICU or not.

did u add any additional electronics gadgets to your bike? If u didn't, It might be ur IU wiring. some bikes shops jus anyhow install the IU...

but when u crank start, is there any sound? cos i also ever encounter before. on my Voltmeter its states bout 10.8V when i crank start, the meter black out but i managed to start the bike after slightly longer cranking.
