went shop initially to ask how much, but told by this friendly botak that u have to change the whole circuit board, which costs $300+. as the button area is spoiled. thinking that i wun be riding for long, i decide not to change.

 

next went to my friend house n solved.

the trick is spray a solution called "tape head cleaner/ game cartridge cleaner onto the button. coz i describe my prob as initial able to press, then tried to use diff angles of pressing n able to change the mode. told that most likely is dirty inside.

 

best advice is to maintain your bike by covering when parking in open (just the front part will do), as rain water may b abit acidic n damage the buttons.

i like to know any of u guy experience this problem b4.. when i am crusing at 80km my speedometer suddenly drop from 80 to 60km..but i nv feel any difference in the speed.jus tat my needle keep raising from 60 to 80 than drop back to again for some time...

check ur spark plugs. could be one of them burned out.

but now my speedometer no problem already..only tat time
