I know pavement can still get summon one. Even the instructors themselves say so.

anywhere not in legal parking slots is liable for summon. and it's definately not cheap. so it's quite a hassle. does it mean the instructors are risking summons each and everyday they work just to park their bikes near there?

went there few days ago and yeah the carpark is gone. not taking lessons right now but i think just park on the pavements at the moment. no choice. shame that cdc doesn't even have internal carparks for us bikers like there are in other ctrs.

No logic at all. They got internal slots for instructors who drives but not for those who rides. Not much of a welfare for both instructors and learners.

i think its abit crap la.. i recce around the vicinity liao.. really got no carpark to park. ZzZ.. . really got no choice but to park at pavement.

ya lor sux one must really park pavement...i park mine opp CDC..at least later come out easier...

 

Btw I jus registered for 2A... and realised they dun have lessons everyday leh..how come ah ?? Until 15 Aug got only 2 lesson 1 nia...zzzz

I think it's because there are no more slots for lesson 1 during those weeks. There are a lot of ppl taking lesson 1 and 3. Check back regularly in the off chance that someone has cancelled their slots. You'll find that lesson 2 will have a lot of open slots in comparison.

Not much slots for 2A in CDC.

Have to keep log in daily to keep a look out.

Maybe they concentrate more on 2Bs. More pracs = more fees coming in. Demand for 2A and 2 will always be lower.

hey guys taking class 2a... are new elbow guards/knee guards given to u FOC on ur 1st lesson ?? Or is it share those smelly used ones in CDC itself ?

heard from my fren SSDC give out new ones for every new enrolment in Lesson 1..they dun share those stinko old guards for students..

You'll be sharing. No new Elbow/Knee Guard will be given upon Enrolment. Just wear Jeans and Long Sleeves so the smell won't get into your skin.

Unfortunately, they don't supply new ones. Yes CDC is making a lot of money but they won't bother giving this much welfare to students. But I am not sure if the fees for the other centres are different from CDC's. They might have factored the cost of the guards into their registration fees? if it's FOC then it's worth applauding.

 

If I didn't remember wrongly, CDC bought a new batch of new guards sometime early this year, when I was still having my 2b lessons. I doubt they are going to get new ones soon. Sad to say, you got to use those stinko guards...
