if Michelin gold standard has size for the MP3, confirm will have very good grip :lovestruck:

William, I'm on Pirelli tyres front/back. Got 'em when I bought my bike. Don't really know which Pirelli type. Have to check 1st...

Horizoner, thanks for the info. Have to check if Michelin Gold comes in sizes for MP3s...

Don't really like Pirelli tyres....

Think the European MP3s come with Michelin Pilot, may want to check the Michelin website and see if there are available sizes.

hihi one Qs abt mp3, can tis bike able to "squeeze" thru the heavy traffic and jams huh?

Well, I did pondered about this before getting the MP3. Okay, if you can squeeze with an X8 or an X9, then it shouldn't be any problem. Ofcourse, initially, you might be a bit vary or half-hearted in squeezing but once that phase is over, you wouldn't even notice that you are pretty much riding/squeezing just like before. It's all about judgement.

Something happen to my mp3. Was riding to work. Parked my bike at a lot and then started seeing steam coming out from my bike left rear... Stopped my engine, dismounted and saw a stream of greenish liquid flowing away from my bike. Realized that it's got to be my coolant. True enuf, it was the coolant. It flowed out from the suction hose and splashed onto my hot exhaust thus causing the steam. I thought my coolant pump cracked or something. Then I saw the hose with the clip was not fasten tightly to the pump suction. I let the bike cooled down. Later on I came back to fix it. Not a good job though so I'll be going to Piaggio Centre fix it properly.

in my opinion, it can happen to any bike if the coolant hose is not fixed properly to the coolant pump.

Cons - Got some feedback that it is a drag on pick-up..... Underseat compartment is wide but a bit of a mount here and there making it seems like lost of height space.....

If the underseat storage of the 400cc is really worse than the 250cc, then have to re-consider.... haiz

I wouldn't say the 400cc under-seat storage is worse or anything. It's wide but the height seems a bit low at certain areas and could cause a problem if you need to carry something thick. This is just my opinion. Other than that, I think the bike looks fine. Price wise, I reckon it's gonna be a bit stiff. Anyone knows of the price OTR.
