Have to change your disc liao..it's warpped and bend out of shape..even if you can find a metal press to do it, it would never rotate in circumferential balance.

You said radiator?..have you check the radiator cap?..take it off and look under it and see if the rubber seal has harden, crack or tatter or too flat. It suppose to be cushy and soft in order to seal the lips of radiator when tighten to prevent coolant sipping out when under pressure. Have it replace..$28 for a new cap but some ppl got it for $5.00 (..?).

To Dante's problem;

Is your fork in balance? is there any leak in the fork oil? If its horse riding is quite dangerous. Tyre also do a part isit wearing off from one side? Steering cone? Might not only be the brake disc. Previous bike is like that so i might knw its the same problem. :)

To Nizam problem;

Where is the leak of coolant? detact where the leak come from then post to us again for a clearer diagnose of your problem. Could be the clip that is holding the hose that is the problem too. Wat is the last thing that you do to the radiator or coolent recently? :D Just change my hose myself so i might knw wats happening to your problem.

Bro, the leak comes from the bottom hose.. at the radiator gt 2 hose rite? one is at the top and one is at the side of the radiator which is the same side as our stand.. the leakage comes from there.. last thing i do before it starts 2 leak is that i top up the coolant reservoir at the side.. den when i reach home the coolant starts to leak.. the hose is connected to the radiator rite.. it comes out from the connected area of the hose and radiator( if u know what i mean coz dunno how to explain clearer)..

Got check the clip that is holding the hose? make sure its tight tight :D.

Then see your hose isit still soft or harden liaoz. Oh wat model or which year is your bike? roughly can see if need to change.

my bike vtec2.. FV plate leh.. need to change oreadi ah?

Unscrew the circlip..use a flat head screw driver to ply it loose a bit and use WD40 to spray around the lips of the hose..now...push it out (coolant would come out..never mind). Check if the hose near it lips has cracks or torn..if not, put it back and retighten. Could just be the hose circlip lock screw loose. Tightenwell but don't over do it. Check if coolant level is ok at reservoir after 5 mins running. Good luck.

Should not be if the leak comes from therubber hose and the radiator metal tube join. Likely the circlip not tighten lah which does happened.

Yup. :) clip must tight tight... :) You wanna see if the clip is tight then you squeeze your hose and see izit seaping out with coolent at the hose inlet area. if it is then mostly its clip. :) Must tight tight. :D

Yup. :) clip must tight tight... :)

Aiyoh_yo!...cannot tight tight lah..reasonably tight. If its an old hose, you can cracked it..if its quite new, the circlip edge can cut into the hose.

You wanna see if the clip is tight then you squeeze your hose and see izit seaping out with coolent at the hose inlet area.

That is not effective and not the right way:giddy: ..run the bike for 5 and let the thermostat cuts on when it reach close to boiling point. That's when pressure builds up..check for leak.

i think its ur brake disc. i had this before. was qouted original brake disc is $300 per piece. so both would be $600. anyways for me got not much money so i buy the flower kind. $250 for both. works quite well i have to say. but when its too hot it wont brake as much...

Hi Guys, Thanks for all the solutions provided. But Unique Technician told me that the Flower type, when hot will bent itself. Don know real or not. Ask me to change Original, but that cost alot. FYI, I have change my steering Cone just 2weeks ago, and the service my fork for only 3 to 4 months only.
