Honda RVF400 Riders

URGENTLY need help.Bike giving "choking" feeling.Cannot full blast like normal.Is it due to spark plugs problem?cos just changed bout 1000km ago.From a size 9 to 8.ANy motorshops open on Monday cos going track on Tuesday.If have to postpone again,really,really sianz!

the 8 or 9 is the heat range..

cold start or hot start..

so should not be the prob..

petrol tank kena water ar?

i have had spoilt plugs after 2 weeks of usage............could be ur carbs too.......had a dragonfly enter the air snout and dirty ur filter............

 

8 or 9 is heat range correct. but they dont affect performance. but it affects life span. factory manual recommend 9. clifford recommend 8(i using). foreigner recommend 10(for hard riding and track usage). it all depends.......

just get ur bike up first, the track is always there for u. there's another thursday AM session also.

Damn!!

so piss off by my bike wiring..

everytime gives me problem

today noon no problem at all

suddenly reaslise my headlite no light

 

last time my headlight can always turn on by itself when the igintion is off so everytime got to pull out the bulb socket when i leave the bike over nite

now totally no light...

 

anione know wat time K&T open in the morning?

I bought myself some decent GPR riding boots and touring pants with armor at Chong Aik.All for only $230. AImed the GPR full suit.$550.But not so soon.

Today serviced my carbs.Washed and retuned.Found 1 plug burnt just after 1000km.Now much,much better.Seems like the previous shop who fixed my Kenso jets did a poor job at it.Caused my pilot air jets to spoil.Had to change all 4.Sianz. Just found out that RVF carbs very,very sensitive.

i had the exact same problem with stock jets........my pilot jets were affected too. but i had 2 burnt plugs.

550 actually is not ex man.feel like playing track but dun hv the money to do so lei.still hv so many thing hvn do.wanna buy micron endcan.open up my header.n dyno jetting.service my brake n change to hel brake hose.but no money.sian.

go to track first, then u do one by one,,,,,,,,,,,then as the timing improve, u can upgrade ur bike here and there.

claims for ur bike repairs and lost of use of ur bike would be the first claims u'll get.. medical and compensation of ur suffering would at least take a yr to get the money..
