Guys,is it normal to use choke to start after bike parked overnite?Especially these cool season of rain?Been using choke to start bike for past few days.But only in the mornings.

Yoz ..I din use choke these few days but noted a bit harder to crank but still can lah..I duno whether this helps..but meng tong from looi's once told me that hard to start in the morning may be an indicator of inproper valve clearance....

I dun understand why, imo valve may or may not affect starting, not conclusive enough...duno how he concluded that but he's the pro so I accept and committed that to memory.

but again it may juz be the weather.

Hope it helps...btw saw a CBR400 with exactly your paint job leh damn nice.

actually got tonnes of reasons la. doing valve clearance should be last resort. quite ex man. but improves power distribution, alot.
