there's something fishy goin on here..

i just buanged just now in the morning when me and alex were heading to JB..

woah..when i corner that time, i tot i was really going very low like rossi sia.. but actually its me already sliding on the road liao! hahahha!

slide for 15meters before stopping..lucky never hit kerb.

bike no major damage. just my right signal gone and my fairing got scraped abit.

my leg was trapped between the tank and the road when it was sliding. my jeans took most of the damage.

my injury.. only scrapes at my right elbow and a few scratches on my right knee.

luckily i heed terry's advice.. wear jeans, shoes and gloves when riding. i didnt follow his last advice which was to wear a jacket.

remember guys.. dress for the fall and not for the look.

ride safe.

Only difference I felt was when riding in hot vs cold weather. Cold weather, bike perform better.

if tank is full.. the positve pressure acting against the petrol in the tank is less cos the ullage, which is the distance from surface of the petrol to the top of the tank. thus, due to the reduced pressure, the petrol entering the tank is lesser.

if the tank is less, the positive pressure acting on the petrol is higher. thus the petrol will enter the carburattor at a much higher pressure, and higher pressure means better atomization and turbulence for the petrol to mix with the air intake.. thus more power and better combustion..

:cheeky:

juz kiddin..

seriously.. i tink its the weight lah bro..

Dear Mr. Lim,

my guess is bcoz our petrol is fed into our bikes by a form of vacuum unlike other bikes so might have to do with the volume of petrol and space inside the fuel tank bah . Sorry i also dunno how to explain. :giddy:
