I heard about your trip in the other forum...you went with AngMoKiah right?

 

I remembered going to Genting a few years back...there were a mixture of bikes: Phantom, NSR150SP, all the way to a GSX R600 to an FJR1300...Lots of things had happened, good and bad.

 

Other than that, the scenery and winding roads at 6000 feet elevation was awe inspiring.

 

How did your bike fare? Able to make the 350km x 2 trip?

Fun trip.. cos its my first time going there and 1st time travel so far....

This time round, only got 2 small bike... 1 CBR 150 with pillon n 1 platoom...

I went there with them and come back with my fren who drive... and i maintance a constant speed of 150km/h and higher...

 

Total travel is 380+km * 2.....

Yesterday while riding, i had made an illegal u turn against the flow of traffic. Kena caught by 2 tp. He just write my particulars on some piece of blank papers. Then told me wait for letter, 13 points , $150.

 

Heres my situation:

2B - more than 2 years

2A - less than 1 year, so still under 2a probation, 12 pts.(3 days to end of probation..=( ..)

 

***i have revoked and suspension history not yet expunged

 

Currently i have 9 demerit points. so if i add the new offence, 13 pts,

9 + 13 = 22 points.

 

As im still under 2a probation, 12 points.. will i

(a)lose both my license??

(b)lose my 2a license but keep my class 2b

 

Please help guys...thanks!!!

From what i know, travelling against the flow is 6 points but you might want to check that out from the TP website to ensure you dun get what u dun deserve. The next question you have ask is very dependant on how the court rules you as if follow the law, you will lose all your license once revoke but because yours is not a one time offence which wil cause you to lose you points but is multiple offences add up together cause you to lose your points, you might get to keep your 2B license and if possible you might want to get a lawyer in court to defend you which might aid you to retain your 2B license as what some of my friends did.

I went to ASP where all the knife are veri sharp. Thanks for the comment on my paintwork. I went wif my Gf, she was repairing her x1 oso. I go round becoz i juz change E.O see my gear got better or not but eventually no changes cause i tink my clutch plate wear and tear le.i 5+ leave ubi le. Your bike is which paintwork?

original paintwork eh why choose to go asp? shouldnt have gone there....... i think around there you should only choose planet or k&t. u usually go to asp one ar?
