hey guys i heard of some RVFs with their original footrests modded so its higher and doesn't touch the ground while cornering, any idea of this or where it can be done ? thanks in advance...

 

One word of advice, don't get the POP racing footrests from *KL (or H*ck K*m Leo*g). Once fixed on, the rear brake lever gets angled so low, your right foot can't even reach it.

 

And I mean sibeh low, ah...

YES YES have to agree with you, that's what happed to me, got the POP footrests from there, first of all after a while u wont feel any rear braking or very little even if u press very low, secondly if adjusted wrongly your brakes can jam, the footrests are just not made for rvfs... thats why am seeing where i can raise up or mod my originals so it wont hit the ground while cornering too low...

Why u wana sell?

 

Thinking of upgrading, but not so soon la, dun wanna sell to shop cus they willl probably remove all the parts and exchange with other bikes that they going to sell and all... spent alot of $$$ getting this bike into shape so will be a waste to sell it off to a shop, so i'd rather sell to someone who can appreciate the value of a good machine...

anyway for average, the best sprocket size should be 40 right? also anybody knows how much roughly for the chain guard? which one is good?
